Who we are and our Mission

Korero Tupuna Trust is a New Zealand-based educational organization founded by renowned teacher and educator Mama Teremoana Hodges. Our mission is to revitalize the Cook Islands Maori language by bringing together scattered resources available online and in communities in both New Zealand and the Cook Islands. We aim to promote and preserve the Cook Islands Maori language by providing accessible and quality education to all. Our goal is to make learning the language easy and enjoyable by creating a supportive and encouraging environment for our learners.
